USA Softball Team No-Hitter, March 26, 2008
Virginia Tech – 1 / USA Softball – 0.
On March 26, 2008 Angela threw a no-hitter as Virginia Tech ended the USA Softball 185-game pre-Olympic win streak! She struck out 10 batters and was one walk away from pitching a perfect game.

"My hat goes off to Angela Tincher. She pitched a great ballgame. I told our team what she was capable of and told them to be ready to go. But she came out firing and really kept us off our game." — U.S. Coach, Mike Candrea

"She pitched incredible. I would say we have one of the best offenses I've ever seen on any team. And the fact that she completely shut us down, I don't think that's ever happened before. All you can do is just shake her hand." —Jessica Mendoza
